Architectural Control 

The Architectural Control Committee (Antelope Run neighborhood only) helps preserve the appearance of the neighborhood by reviewing and authorizing requests to modify home and yard appearance, additions, and other changes. See the neighborhood covenants and request forms below.

Zero- or xeriscaping - No authorization is needed to convert lawns to common water-friendly, desert-scapes. One tree is still required, and there are excellent options for our climate.

Solar panels -  No authorization is needed for rooftop-mounted panels of typical residential appearance with capacity sized for and installed for the residence’s use (i.e., not intended for commercial sale of the energy generated).​ Installations for commercial generation are not allowed.
